LIFEHUB Inc. (Location: Kita-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Hiroshi Nakano, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") raised approximately 100 million yen on March 1, 2022, by acquiring CyberAgent Capital, Inc. as a new shareholder and through a third-party allocation of new shares to its existing shareholder, Incubate Fund Inc. Ltd. as a new shareholder. 

Participated in "Incubate Camp 14th" .

LIFEHUB Corporation (headquartered in Kita-ku, Tokyo; Hiroshi Nakano, CEO; hereinafter "the Company") was selected as one of 16 speakers out of over 400 startup entries at "Incubate Camp 14th," a joint management camp for seed/early stage entrepreneurs and investors held on October 1 and 2, 2021.
