次世代の椅子型モビリティ開発を目指し、約１億円のシード資金調達を実施

LIFEHUB株式会社（所在地：東京都北区、代表取締役CEO：中野裕士、以下当社）は2022年3月1日、株式会社サイバーエージェント・キャピタルを新規株主として迎え入れるとともに、既存株主であるインキュベイトファンド株式会社に対する第三者割当増資により、約1億円の資金調達を実施しました。
今回調達した資金は、2023年夏に一般販売を予定している「次世代の椅子型モビリティ」の製品開発及び経営基盤強化に向けた人材の採用に活用する予定です。

(Location: Kita-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Hiroshi Nakano, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") raised approximately 100 million yen on March 1, 2022, by acquiring CyberAgent Capital, Inc. as a new shareholder and through a third-party allocation of new shares to its existing shareholder, Incubate Fund Inc. Ltd. as a new shareholder.
